The short version
- You buy access to a digital ebook. The ebook is yours to use forever, personally.
- Don't redistribute the file, share your access link publicly, or train AI on the content.
- If you haven't downloaded the file yet, you can request a refund within 7 days.
- We're not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control.
1. Who these terms are between
"HuaFlow", "we", "us" means HuaFlow (registered in the EU). "You" means the person buying or using a HuaFlow course.
2. What you're buying
Each HuaFlow course is an interactive web ebook delivered as a private access link, plus the right to download mp3 audio and pdf supplements. The licence is personal, perpetual, non-transferable.
3. Permitted use
You may: read, listen, study, take notes, copy short passages for personal study or quotation. You may use the content on any device you own.
4. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share the file.
- You may not post your access link publicly.
- You may not use the content to train machine-learning models.
- You may not extract the audio for republication.
5. Refunds
If you haven't accessed or downloaded any content, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@huaflow.co. Once content has been downloaded, the sale is final. Digital products that have been delivered cannot be returned.
6. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in EUR. VAT is added where required by your jurisdiction. We use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. We reserve the right to change prices going forward; existing purchases are not affected.
7. Updates & access
You receive free updates to the course version you bought. We aim to keep your access link working indefinitely. If we ever discontinue a course, we'll provide a downloadable archive at no extra cost.
8. Liability
HuaFlow is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any single course is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
We may terminate access if you breach these terms (e.g. redistributing the file). In that case, no refund is due.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where HuaFlow is registered. EU consumer-protection rights are preserved.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll notify customers by email. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
